The Reference Set Details page contains all information associated with a specific reference set that a user will have access to.  

 

The Reference Set Details page has 6 sections:

  • Reference set header
  • Reference set management section
  • Reference set metadata section
  • Reference set workflow history section
  • Reference set members section
  • Concept Details section



Reference set header section:

Reference Set Name: Based on the preferred term in the SNOMED extension’s default language. 

 

Workflow Stepper: The reference set’s current workflow status. 

 

Version Date / Version Status dropdown list:  

Version Date: Only previously published reference sets will have a version date. Reference set header sectionSets not previously published will have today’s date. 

Version Status: Published or In Development. 

 

NOTE: When multiple reference set versions are available, the user may select a reference set to view from the Version Date / Version Status dropdown list.  


Reference Set set management section:  Here the user, according to their project role and the workflow status of the reference set, can manage the reference set, including edit metadata, compare, download, view or manage feedback and artifacts, view audit trail.  

Reference set metadata section: Lists all the reference set metadata.

Reference set workflow history section: Changes to the reference are automatically recorded and available in a read-only table.  

Reference set members section: View/add/remove members, add exceptions, browse Browse Concept Details, view/add/edit/delete reference set member feedback, view membership history. Membership Members may be displayed in table view or taxonomy view.   

For Author's only: View/add/remove members, add exceptions

Concept details (when a specific member is selected)
