On the Organizations-Projects page (showing International Edition as example), press the Team button (button icon is three avatars) in the left sidebar. 

Press the Create New Team button at the top of the Organization Teams page. The Create New Team modal will be presented.  

 

Enter a Name for the new team.

Enter the email address for the primary contact (optional).

Enter a Description of the team (optional).

Select the Role(s) for this team from the multi-select dropdown list.

Press the Create Team button. The button is unavailable until the required Name and Role fields are complete.
