EITHER 

Select a recent search keyword or SCTID from the history dropdown list in the search bar at the top of the member table.

OR  

Enter a concept keyword or SCTID in the search bar.

Press the Remove Member button (the button icon is a solid rounded square with a “minus” Subtract symbol shown when you're able to remove a conceptImage Addedsymbol) next to any concept in the search results to remove it.

Press the Clear button (button icon is an “X”) to clear the search, as needed.

NOTES:  

  • If the concept to be removed has descendants, a secondary add/remove modal opens allowing the user to select to remove: self, descendants, or self & descendants.  
  • The tool will present a success message when members are successfully removed. 
  • Click the Download Report button in the success notification to download a report containing a list of added/removed members.  
  • The tool will present an error message if an error occurs when trying to remove members.
