On the Organizations-Projects page, press the Configuration button (button icon is three gears) in the left sidebar. 

 

The Organization Configuration page will be presented. It has four sections: 

Profile: Update the organization profile 

Profile Picture: Update the profile picture for the organization. 

Organizational Audit Trail: Click the Organizational Audit Trail button to open the audit trail.  

Remove This Organization: Remove the organization.
