If you import an existing map and some of the map targets contain errors, e.g. if some of the concepts are inactive, or not available in the selected Edition, ta red flag will show for the involved map records (see image below).  Image Modified
Within the authoring task, you can see, in the Target properties section, that the concept is inactive.  Image Modified
