151 inactivated records, ALMOST as expected as confirmed by Donna in the May 2021 - October 2021 months (inclusive) in the GMDN mapping spreadsheet:

    • TOTAL = 36 records added + 149 records removed 
    • SADLY DOES NOT QUITE RECONCILE WITH DELTA FROM WCI WHICH PROVIDES:
      • TOTAL = 29 records added + 151 records removed 
    • Have asked Donna/Mark for an answer….
        • Donna confirmed probably just a few out because of the new report WCI have added into the report generator to allow her to check where a SNOMED concept is inactive yet a GMDN code exists and so the mapping tool has these in the map record.
        • Donna therefore signed off discrepancy as expected - see email confirmation from both her and Rick at 08:58 on 27/03/2021.
