Important changes to your plan
AMP Insurance
We’ve recently reviewed our insurance products and made changes to ensure your insurance plan is fair and transparent. We’d like to let you know these changes applied from 5th April 2021.
What’s changing for you
We’re letting you know about recent amendments to the legislation by the Federal government. All standard form insurance contracts are subject to the Unfair Contract Terms (UCT) regime. These amendments are made to protect consumers from potentially unfair contractual terms.
You don’t need to do anything
If the change is relevant to your plan, it will automatically be applicable to you. For more details of the changes relevant to your plan, please refer to the 5th April 2021 upgrade flyer titled Ex AXA and AC&L insurance plans on our website at www.resolutionlife.com.au/yourinsurancechanges.
