Summary

This item has been set up to support CMAG discussion on number of countries that should support inclusion of specific content before that content is deemed acceptable in the International Edition. While at present the two or more countries principle exists, this needs discussion. This topic will support the progression of work plan items 4 and 5: CMAG 2019 Work Plan

Considerations (to be expanded):

  • Management of content in the international edition and national extensions
    • Maintenance of the terminology edition/extension,
    • Managing exclusion of content not suitable for a specific national or local extension.
  • Areas of content which should be the focus.
    • Administrative content, statuses, some occupations?
    • A disorder or procedure would usually be considered internationally relevant.
