    Meeting notes:

    For the next few months, we will increase the frequency to biweekly in order to finish the guidelines. Homework for next meeting: chapters 1 & 2.

    Discussion of the translation guidelines:

    • FSN is the source of truth; this must be stressed
    • Distinction between formal, logical definition, FSN, language definition and synonyms
    • The reference to ISO definition is more likely to confuse than help; we can remove it. Alternative: Compared to more general …, in this case a definition is …
    • Add: when the formal definition does not align with the FSN, report it to Snomed International
