Going forward:
Task-force to prepare for business meetings: James R. Campbell Sarah Harry Penni Hernandez Rob Hausam Daniel Karlsson 2021-05-19: To add DIRECT SITE or not: Agreement that a DIRECT SITE would not be added to the definition unless it is clearly stated in the FSN. Further, INHERES IN would generally take values from the Substance hierarchy. To model INHERE_IN with substance or specimen: JCase demurred after substantial discussion and we agreed to use substance... Being able to use the SNOMED CT hierarchy to organize observables (lab as deployed in Nebraska and the tech preview or "non-lab" as deployed in SNOMED CT Evaluation procedure and Observables hierarchies) for analytics, querying, etc. is the driving use case. Discussion on structured FSN for transferred procedures did not reach conclusion. WorkPlan: continue with process evaluation of Serum procedures: 1) detailed review of 800+ concepts in set with removal of Orderables 2) editorial review of template based modelling of set for URU verification 3) Prepare more in-depth analysis for meeting in two weeks. | 1 | |
