  • Patient ‘normal acts of’.  This documentation does not seem to fit well into the findings or procedures hierarchies
  • Patient ‘use of’ (physical objects, e.g.) documentation that does not fit well into procedures.
  • Guidance requested to represent this documentation using SNOMED CT.  The examples above are from patient reported factors that exacerbate or alleviate pain.

    Hi @Tess 


    I saw the question on 'pain exacerbating factors'. Perhaps the concepts of 426774001 "Pain characterized by provoking factor (finding)" can help? For instance, pain provoked by coughing is a subtype concept from this concept. You can request new concepts if any pain provoking factors are missing. Perhaps these concepts help.
